Competition Design
This iconic building sits on one of the most famous streets in the heart of Kuwait City - Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Street. The fluid character of the tower is generated through an intrinsically dynamic composition of different volumes. The 32 floors tower is designed through a series of independent flows that map the tower and organize different floor layouts for different programs. The ground floor lobby space becomes the primary hub of the tower, defining 3 different dedicated lobbies for a retail Souk, offices and general public areas. Construction is expected to start in 2017.
